An AI operations dashboard for power plants: isolated experts, tool-using chat and human-approved actions.
The problem
In a plant, knowledge lives in three engineers' heads and in 2009 folders. A generic assistant cannot touch it: it needs traceability and human permission.
How I built it
A local-first architecture with domain-isolated experts, tools wired to the client's systems and an audit trail for every proposed and approved action.
What came out
The product is in pilot with operators in the sector. My work spans the data model and security through to the order in which actions get approved.
